Sun Valley Wedding Resources

Sun Valley, Idaho is a beautiful place for a wedding celebration. A destination location such as ours, means numerous guests will travel from outside the area and stay for a number of days. A wedding will typically be a series of events including welcome dinners, rehearsal dinners, wedding day breakfast, the wedding celebration itself and even a post-wedding (day after) brunch. Rasberrys has had the joy of being a part of many of these special food functions. We have also had the pleasure of working with these professionals and highly recommend considering their services for your special day.

Planning a Seasonally Fresh Party Menu

One of the reasons Rasberrys Catering does not create standard catering menus is because 1. every client is different and 2. we always use local, organic fresh and in-season whenever and wherever possible.  When you give Rasberrys creative freedom to just make good food, you will be amazed with the results.  Our food is fresh, flavorful and hearty.

Here are some suggestions on ways to incorporate fresh seasonal produce in your party planning with (or without) Rasberrys Catering in Sun Valley.  Whether its a dinner for 8, rehearsal dinner, wedding or corporate summer picnic, a fresh menu always gets applause.

Questions to ask your Sun Valley wedding caterer

Congratulations to all the newly engaged couples, during the 2016 holiday season.  One of the biggest decisions you will make (besides the dress!) is your caterer.  The food and beverage served at a wedding celebration is one of the ways couples share their taste and style with guests.  Be sure to ask the right questions, to ensure your special day will be just how you envisioned.  The Knot shares questions to ask the pros, before you sign your wedding catering contract.
